가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제115조(신고서류 등의 조사 및 시정지시)

① 법원은 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장으로부터 신고서류 등을 송부받은 때에는 지체 없이 등록부의 기록사항과 대조하고 조사하여야 한다.

② 법원은 제1항의 조사결과 그 신고서류 등에 위법ㆍ부당한 사실이 발견된 경우에는 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장에 대하여 시정지시 등 필요한 처분을 명할 수 있다.

③ 신고서류조사 또는 시정지시 및 신고서류 보관절차에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대법원규칙으로 정한다.
