개발이익 환수에 관한 법률 제14조의2(부담금의 조정 등)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 개발부담금 결정ㆍ부과 후 「학교용지 확보 등에 관한 특례법」에 따른 학교용지부담금을 납부하는 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사유가 발생한 경우에는 이를 다시 산정ㆍ조정하여 그 차액을 부과하거나 되돌려주어야 한다. <개정 2020.2.18, 2020.6.9>
