건강기능식품에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제9조(품목제조신고사항의 변경신고)

①법 제7조제1항 후단에 따라 품목제조신고를 한 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 별지 제18호서식의 품목제조신고사항 변경신고서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)를 지방식품의약품안전청장에게 제출해야 한다. 다만, 수출용 건강기능식품의 경우를 제외한다. <개정 2006.11.20, 2010.4.29, 2022.6.30, 2026.6.2>

②제1항 본문의 규정에 불구하고 기능성을 가진 주원료 또는 주성분의 함량을 변경하여 당해 품목의 기능성이 변경된 경우에는 제8조제1항의 규정에 의한 품목제조신고를 새로이 하여야 한다.
