건축법 시행령 제112조(건축위원회 심의 방법 및 결과 조사 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제78조제5항에 따라 지방건축위원회 심의 방법 또는 결과에 대한 조사가 필요하다고 인정하면 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 관련 서류를 요구하거나 직접 방문하여 조사를 할 수 있다.

② 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제78조제5항에 따라 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 설치하는 지방건축위원회의 심의 방법 또는 결과에 대한 조사가 필요하다고 인정하면 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 관련 서류를 요구하거나 직접 방문하여 조사를 할 수 있다.

③ 국토교통부장관 및 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 조사 과정에서 필요하면 법 제4조의2에 따른 심의의 신청인 및 건축관계자 등의 의견을 들을 수 있다.
