Enforcement Decree of the Building Act, Article 5 (Establishment, etc. of the Central Building Committee)

① 법 제4조제1항에 따라 국토교통부에 두는 건축위원회(이하 "중앙건축위원회"라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 사항을 조사ㆍ심의ㆍ조정 또는 재정(이하 "심의등"이라 한다)한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.28>

1. 건축물의 규모를 변경하는 것으로서 다음 각 목의 요건을 모두 갖춘 경우

⑤ 중앙건축위원회의 위원장과 부위원장은 제4항에 따라 임명 또는 위촉된 위원 중에서 국토교통부장관이 임명하거나 위촉한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
