Enforcement Decree of the Building Act, Article 63-5 (Requests for Data from Manufacturers, etc.)
법 제52조의6제1항 및 이 영 제63조의3에 따라 건축자재등 품질인정기관으로 지정된 한국건설기술연구원은 법 제52조의6제6항에 따라 제조업자등에게 다음 각 호의 자료를 요청할 수 있다.
The Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology, designated as the quality certification institution for building materials, etc. under Article 52-6 (1) of the Act and Article 63-3 of this Decree, may request the following data from manufacturers, etc. under Article 52-6 (6) of the Act:
1. 건축자재등 및 품질인정자재등의 생산 및 판매 실적
1. Production and sales records of building materials, etc. and certified materials, etc.;
2. 시공현장별 건축자재등 및 품질인정자재등의 시공 실적
2. Installation records of building materials, etc. and certified materials, etc. by construction site;
3. 품질관리서
3. Quality control statements;
4. 그 밖에 제조공정에 관한 기록 등 품질인정자재등에 대한 품질관리의 적정성을 확인할 수 있는 자료로서 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시하는 자료
4. Other data determined and publicly notified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport that can be used to check whether quality control of certified materials, etc. is adequate, such as records of the manufacturing process.
