① 법 제2조제6호 다목에서 "대통령령이 정하는 종류 및 방법 등에 의하여 게임물을 제공하는 경우"란 다음 각 호에서 정하는 기준을 모두 충족하여 게임물을 제공하는 경우를 말한다. <개정 2007.5.16, 2009.9.10, 2016.5.3>
