경찰공무원 임용령 시행규칙 제10조(임용심사위원회)

① 임용심사위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 5명 이상 7명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2024.12.10>

② 위원장은 위원 중 가장 계급이 높은 경찰공무원이 된다. 다만, 가장 계급이 높은 경찰공무원이 둘 이상인 경우 그 중 해당 계급에 승진임용된 날이 가장 빠른 경찰공무원이 된다. <개정 2016.12.30>

③위원은 소속 경감 이상 경찰공무원 중에서 임용심사위원회가 설치된 기관의 장이 임명하되, 심사대상자보다 상위 계급자로 한다. <개정 2016.12.30, 2024.12.10>

④임용심사위원회는 재적위원 3분의 2 이상 출석과 출석위원 과반수 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2016.12.30, 2024.12.10>

⑤ 임용심사위원회는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 회의를 개최할 수 있다. <신설 2024.12.10>

⑥ 임용심사위원회는 영 제19조제2항 또는 제20조제4항에 따른 의결을 하려는 경우 대상자에게 회의에 출석하여 진술할 수 있는 기회를 보장해야 하며, 대상자는 서면 또는 구술로 자기에게 이익이 되는 사실을 진술하거나 증거를 제출할 수 있다. <신설 2024.12.10>
