경찰공무원 임용령 시행규칙 제27조(전과의 유형)

①전과는 일반경과에서 수사경과ㆍ안보수사경과 또는 특수경과로의 전과만 인정한다. 다만, 정원감축 등 경찰청장이 정하는 사유가 있는 경우 수사경과ㆍ안보수사경과 또는 정보통신경과에서 일반경과로의 전과를 인정할 수 있다. <개정 1994.3.11, 1994.12.31, 2002.7.11, 2004.12.18, 2016.12.30, 2024.1.16>
