Enforcement Decree of the Employment Insurance Act, Article 80-2 (Restriction on Payment of Job-Seeking Benefits under New Eligibility)

법 제61조제5항에 따라 새로운 수급자격에 따른 구직급여를 지급하지 않는 기간은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다.
