공간정보산업 진흥법 시행령 제7조(품질인증의 절차)

① 법 제12조제1항에 따른 품질인증을 받으려는 자는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 신청서를 법 제12조제4항에 따라 국토교통부장관이 지정한 인증기관(이하 "품질인증기관"이라 한다)에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(1) A어 person퍼슨 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 obtain어브테인 quality콸러티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 under언더 Article아터클 12 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 submit서브밋 an앤 application애플러케이션 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 to투 the^ð더 certification서터^f퍼케이션 body바디 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 under언더 Article아터클 12 (4) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 a어 "quality콸러티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 body").바디

② 품질인증기관은 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시하는 품질인증 평가기준에 따라 심사한 후 그 평가기준에 적합하다고 인정된 경우에는 품질인증을 하고 품질인증서를 신청인에게 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 품질인증기관은 제2항에 따른 심사결과 품질인증 평가기준에 부적합한 경우에는 지체 없이 그 사유를 구체적으로 밝혀 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 품질인증의 실시에 필요한 세부절차는 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
