Enforcement Rule of the Special Act on Public Housing, Article 5 (Proposals for Designation of Small-Scale Housing Districts in Residential Areas)

① 영 제10조제2항제4호에서 "국토교통부령으로 정하는 서류 및 도면"이란 다음 각 호의 서류 및 도면을 말한다. 다만, 제4호의 서류는 주택지구를 지정하거나 변경지정하기 전까지 제출하여야 한다.

4. 수용하거나 사용할 「공익사업을 위한 토지 등의 취득 및 보상에 관한 법률」 제3조에서 정하는 토지ㆍ물건 및 권리(이하 "토지등"이라 한다)의 소재지, 지번, 지목, 면적, 소유권 및 소유권 외의 권리의 명세와 그 소유자 및 권리자의 성명(법인의 경우에는 명칭), 주소를 적은 서류
