공무원연금법 제76조(공무원연금기금의 설치 및 조성)

① 이 법에 따른 급여에 충당하기 위한 책임준비금으로 공무원연금기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)을 둔다.

② 기금은 회계연도마다 공단의 예산에 계상(計上)된 적립금 및 결산상 잉여금과 기금운용수익금으로 조성한다.
