공무원 인재개발법 시행령 제15조(인재개발계획의 통보)

① 중앙행정기관의 장 및 교육훈련기관의 장은 제2조에 따른 일반지침에 따라 다음 해의 인재개발계획을 수립하여 12월 15일까지 인사혁신처장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2016.2.3>

② 인사혁신처장은 인재개발의 효율적 운영을 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 제1항에 따라 통보받은 인재개발계획을 조정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2016.2.3>
