공무원 재해보상법 제30조(장해연금 등급의 개정 등)

① 장해연금을 받을 권리가 있는 사람의 장해의 정도가 악화되거나 호전된 경우에 본인이 청구하거나 인사혁신처장이 이를 인정하였을 때에는 그 달라진 장해의 정도에 따라 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 장해연금의 등급을 다시 정한다.

② 장해연금을 받을 권리가 있는 사람이 대통령령으로 정하는 정도의 장해 상태에 해당되지 아니하게 되면 그 권리는 소멸한다.
