공소청법 제44조(정원ㆍ보수)

① 검사는 특정직공무원으로 하고, 그 정원 및 보수에 관한 사항은 따로 법률로 정한다.

② 검사의 지위는 존중되어야 하며, 그 보수는 직무와 품위에 상응하도록 정하여야 한다.
