매립면허관청은 제46조제1항제3호에 따라 매립지의 소유권을 취득한 자와 그 승계인이 제45조에 따른 준공검사 당시의 매립목적에 맞게 매립지를 사용하는지를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 확인할 수 있다.
