Enforcement Decree of the Public Property and Commodities Management Act, Article 40 (Graduated Reduction of Sale Prices)

지방자치단체의 장은 일반재산의 매각을 위한 일반입찰을 실시했으나 낙찰되지 않은 경우 다음 각 호에서 정한 금액을 최저한도로 하여 매각 예정가격을 낮출 수 있다. 이 경우 매회 매각 예정가격은 그 최초 매각 예정가격의 100분의 10 이내의 금액만큼 낮출 수 있다.
