공익신고자 보호법 제20조의2(특별보호조치)

① 내부 공익신고자가 신고 당시 공익침해행위가 발생하였다고 믿을 합리적인 이유를 가지고 있는 경우 위원회는 보호조치결정을 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 특별보호조치결정에 대하여는 제20조, 제21조, 제21조의2를 준용한다.
