공인중개사법 제41조(협회의 설립)

①개업공인중개사의 자질향상 및 품위유지와 중개업에 관한 제도의 개선, 운용에 관한 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 한국공인중개사협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2020.6.9, 2026.2.27>

②협회는 법인으로 하며, 정관을 제정하거나 변경하려는 경우에는 국토교통부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2026.2.27>
