공인중개사법 제42조의2(운영위원회)

① 제42조제1항에 따른 공제사업에 관한 사항을 심의하고 그 업무집행을 감독하기 위하여 협회에 운영위원회를 둔다.

② 운영위원회의 위원은 협회의 임원, 중개업ㆍ법률ㆍ회계ㆍ금융ㆍ보험ㆍ부동산 분야 전문가, 관계 공무원 및 그 밖에 중개업 관련 이해관계자로 구성하되, 그 수는 19명 이내로 한다.

③ 운영위원회의 구성과 운영에 필요한 세부 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
