공직선거법 제10조의2(공정선거지원단)

① 각급선거관리위원회(읍ㆍ면ㆍ동선거관리위원회는 제외한다)는 선거부정을 감시하고 공정선거를 지원하기 위하여 공정선거지원단을 둔다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2018.4.6>

② 공정선거지원단은 선거운동을 할 수 있는 자로서 정당의 당원이 아닌 중립적이고 공정한 자 중에서 중앙선거관리위원회규칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 10명 이내로 구성한다. 다만, 선거일 전 60일(선거일 전 60일 후에 실시사유가 확정된 보궐선거등의 경우 그 선거의 실시사유가 확정된 때)부터 선거일 후 10일까지는 중앙선거관리위원회 및 시ㆍ도선거관리위원회는 10인 이내의, 구ㆍ시ㆍ군선거관리위원회는 20인 이내의 인원을 추가하여 구성할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.25, 2018.4.6>

⑥공정선거지원단은 관할 선거관리위원회의 지휘를 받아 이 법에 위반되는 행위에 대하여 증거자료를 수집하거나 조사활동을 할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2018.4.6>
