Public Official Election Act, Article 150 (Order of Political Parties and Candidates on Ballot Papers)

①투표용지에는 후보자의 기호ㆍ정당추천후보자의 소속정당명 및 성명을 표시하여야 한다. 다만, 무소속후보자는 후보자의 정당추천후보자의 소속정당명의 란에 "무소속"으로 표시하고, 비례대표국회의원선거 및 비례대표지방의회의원선거에 있어서는 후보자를 추천한 정당의 기호와 정당명을 표시하여야 한다. <개정 1995.4.1, 2000.2.16, 2002.3.7, 2004.3.12, 2005.8.4>

③후보자의 게재순위를 정함에 있어서는 후보자등록마감일 현재 국회에서 의석을 갖고 있는 정당의 추천을 받은 후보자, 국회에서 의석을 갖고 있지 아니한 정당의 추천을 받은 후보자, 무소속후보자의 순으로 하고, 정당의 게재순위를 정함에 있어서는 후보자등록마감일 현재 국회에서 의석을 가지고 있는 정당, 국회에서 의석을 가지고 있지 아니한 정당의 순으로 한다. <개정 1995.4.1, 2000.2.16, 2002.3.7, 2005.8.4>

⑦ 지역구자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원선거에서 정당이 같은 선거구에 2명 이상의 후보자를 추천한 경우 그 정당이 추천한 후보자 사이의 투표용지 게재순위는 해당 정당이 정한 순위에 따르되, 정당이 정하지 아니한 경우에는 관할선거구선거관리위원회에서 추첨하여 결정한다. 이 경우 그 게재순위는 "1-가, 1-나, 1-다" 등으로 표시한다. <신설 2010.1.25>
