공직자 등의 병역사항 신고 및 공개에 관한 법률 제11조(병역사항의 확인)

① 국회의장이나 관할 선거구 선거관리위원회위원장은 필요하면 제9조나 제10조에 따른 병역사항 신고내용에 관하여 병무청장이나 지방병무청장에게 확인을 의뢰할 수 있다.

② 병무청장이나 지방병무청장은 제1항에 따른 의뢰를 받으면 이를 조사하고 그 결과를 국회의장이나 관할 선거구 선거관리위원회 위원장에게 통보하여야 한다.

③ 제2항의 조사에는 제6조를 준용한다.
