공직자 등의 병역사항 신고 및 공개에 관한 법률 시행령 제5조(병역사항 신고서의 접수절차 등)

신고기관의 장은 법 제4조제1항에 따라 신고의무자가 제출{「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」에 따른 정보통신망(이하 "정보통신망"이라 한다)을 이용하여 제출하는 경우를 포함한다. 이하 같다}한 병역사항 신고서에 첨부서류가 빠졌거나 기재사항을 잘못 적은 경우에는 바로잡거나 보완하게 한 후 신고의무자에게 접수증을 발급하여야 한다.
