공직자 등의 병역사항 신고 및 공개에 관한 법률 시행령 제6조(신고기간의 연장)

① 신고기관의 장은 신고의무자가 법 제4조제1항 단서에 따라 신고기간의 연장을 신청한 때에는 신고기간 연장 여부를 결정하고 지체 없이 그 결과를 신고의무자에게 통보하여야 한다.

② 신고기관의 장은 제1항에 따라 신고의무자에게 신고기간의 연장을 통보한 때에는 지체 없이 병역사항 신고기간연장자 명부를 작성하고, 병무청장이나 지방병무청장(병무지청장을 포함한다. 이하 같다)에게 통보(정보통신망을 이용하여 통보하는 경우를 포함한다. 이하 같다)하여야 한다.
