공항시설관리권등록령 제34조(등록의 기재사항)

①표시란에는 신청서의 접수연월일, 등록의 목적 기타 신청서에 기재한 사항으로서 공항시설관리권의 표시에 관한 사항을 기재하고 등록공무원이 날인하여야 한다.

②사항란에는 신청서의 접수연월일, 접수번호, 등록권리자의 성명 및 주소(법인인 경우에는 법인의 명칭 및 주소를 말한다), 등록원인과 그 연월일, 등록의 목적 기타 신청서에 기재한 사항으로서 등록할 권리에 관한 것을 기재하고 등록공무원이 날인하여야 한다.

③제30조의 규정에 의하여 채무자에 대위하여 채권자가 행한 신청에 의하여 등록을 하는 때에는 사항란에 제2항의 규정에 의한 기재사항외에 채권자의 성명 및 주소(법인인 경우에는 법인의 명칭 및 주소를 말한다)와 대위원인을 기재하여야 한다.
