Act on the Establishment, Operation, and Fostering of Government-Funded Research Institutes in Science and Technology, Article 3 (Restriction on Establishment of Research Institutes)
이 법에 따르지 아니하고는 과학기술분야 정부출연연구기관(이하 "연구기관"이라 한다)을 설립하지 못한다. <개정 2014.5.28>
No government-funded research institute in science and technology (hereinafter referred to as a "research institute") may be established otherwise than in accordance with this Act.
