관광진흥법 제69조의2(관광지등에 설치ㆍ방치된 물건등의 제거)

① 누구든지 관광지등에서 이 법에 따른 등록ㆍ허가 또는 지정을 받지 아니하거나 신고를 하지 아니하고 야영용품이나 취사용품 등 대통령령으로 정하는 물건(이하 이 조에서 "물건등"이라 한다)을 무단으로 설치 또는 방치하여 관광객의 원활한 관광 및 휴양을 방해하여서는 아니 된다.

② 관광지등을 관할하는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항을 위반하여 관광지등의 이용ㆍ관리에 지장을 줄 것으로 인정되는 경우로서 문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 긴급하게 실시할 필요가 있고, 「행정대집행법」 제3조제1항 및 제2항의 절차에 따르면 그 목적을 달성하기가 곤란하다고 인정되는 경우에는 그 절차를 거치지 아니하고도 설치 또는 방치되어 있는 물건등을 제거하는 등 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따른 조치는 관광지등의 이용ㆍ관리에 필요한 최소한도에 그쳐야 한다.
