관세법 제274조(밀수품의 취득죄 등)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당되는 물품을 취득ㆍ양도ㆍ운반ㆍ보관 또는 알선하거나 감정한 자는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 물품원가 이하에 상당하는 벌금에 처한다.

(1) A어 person퍼슨 who후 acquires,어콰이어즈 transfers,트^r랜스^f퍼즈 carries,캐^r리즈 stores스토즈 or오 arranges어^r레인지즈 the^ð더 sale세일 of,어^v브 or오 appraises,어프^r레이지즈 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 goods구즈 shall섈 be비 punished퍼니시트 by바이 imprisonment임프^r리전먼트 with위^ð드 labor레이버 for^f포 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 three^θ쓰^r리 years이어즈 or오 by바이 a어 fine^f파인 not낫 exceeding익시딩 the^ð더 cost카스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 goods:구즈

② 제1항에 규정된 죄의 미수범은 본죄에 준하여 처벌한다.

③ 제1항에 규정된 죄를 저지를 목적으로 그 예비를 한 자는 본죄의 2분의 1을 감경하여 처벌한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
