관세법 시행령 제158조(출항허가의 신청)
Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 158 (Applications for Departure Permission)
①법 제136조제1항의 규정에 의하여 선박이 출항하고자 하는 때에는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 신청서를 세관장에게 제출하여야 한다.
(1) When a vessel intends to depart under Article 136 (1) of the Act, an application stating the following matters shall be submitted to the head of a customs office:
1. 선박의 종류ㆍ등록기호ㆍ명칭ㆍ국적ㆍ총톤수 및 순톤수
1. The type, registration mark, name, nationality, and gross tonnage and net tonnage of the vessel
2. 여객ㆍ승무원ㆍ통과여객의 수
2. The number of passengers, crew, and transit passengers
3. 적재물품의 개수 및 톤수
3. The number and tonnage of goods loaded
4. 선적지ㆍ목적지 및 출항일시
4. The port of loading, destination, and date and time of departure
②법 제136조제1항의 규정에 의하여 항공기가 출항하고자 하는 경우에는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 신청서를 세관장에게 제출하여야 한다.
(2) When an aircraft intends to depart under Article 136 (1) of the Act, an application stating the following matters shall be submitted to the head of a customs office:
1. 항공기의 종류ㆍ등록기호ㆍ명칭 및 국적
1. The type, registration mark, name, and nationality of the aircraft
2. 여객ㆍ승무원ㆍ통과여객의 수
2. The number of passengers, crew, and transit passengers
3. 적재물품의 개수 및 톤수
3. The number and tonnage of goods loaded
4. 선적지ㆍ목적지 및 출항일시
4. The place of loading, destination, and date and time of departure
③법 제136조제2항의 규정에 의한 물품의 목록에 관하여는 관세청장이 정하는 바에 의한다.
(3) The list of goods under Article 136 (2) of the Act shall be as determined by the Commissioner of the Korea Customs Service.
