Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 237 (Declaration of Intellectual Property Rights, etc.)

① 지식재산권등을 법 제235조제2항에 따라 신고하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 신고서 및 해당 지식재산권등을 관련 법령에 따라 등록 또는 설정등록한 증명서류를 세관장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.22, 2011.4.1, 2017.3.27, 2025.2.28>
