Special Act on the Improvement of Teachers' Status and the Protection of Their Educational Activities, Article 18 (Establishment and Operation of Teachers' Rights Protection Committees)

① 「유아교육법」에 따른 유치원 및 「초ㆍ중등교육법」에 따른 학교(이하 "고등학교 이하 각급학교"라 한다) 교원의 교육활동 보호에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 시ㆍ도 교육청에 교권보호위원회(이하 "시ㆍ도교권보호위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2023.9.27>

② 고등학교 이하 각급학교 교원의 교육활동 보호에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 「지방교육자치에 관한 법률」 제34조 및 「제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법」 제80조에 따른 교육지원청(교육지원청이 없는 경우 해당 시ㆍ도의 조례로 정하는 기관으로 한다. 이하 같다)에 지역교권보호위원회(이하 "지역교권보호위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2023.9.27>
