교육기본법 제16조(학교 등의 설립자ㆍ경영자)

① 학교와 평생교육시설의 설립자ㆍ경영자는 법령으로 정하는 바에 따라 교육을 위한 시설ㆍ설비ㆍ재정 및 교원 등을 확보하고 운용ㆍ관리한다. <개정 2021.9.24>

② 학교의 장 및 평생교육시설의 설립자ㆍ경영자는 법령으로 정하는 바에 따라 학습자를 선정하여 교육하고 학습자의 학습성과 등 교육의 과정을 기록하여 관리한다. <개정 2021.9.24>
