국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제41조(전학)

① 중학교 또는 고등학교에 취학 중인 교육지원 대상자가 전학하려는 경우 국가보훈부장관은 전입학배정원서를 제출받은 교육장, 시ㆍ도교육감 또는 학교장의 요청에 따라 교육지원 대상자 여부를 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2012.6.27, 2014.11.11, 2023.5.23>

③ 제1항에 따라 교육지원 대상자로 확인된 경우 해당 교육장이나 시ㆍ도교육감은 해당 학년의 교육지원 대상자의 취학비율을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 교육지원 대상자를 거주지 인근 학교군(學校群)에 배정하여야 한다. <개정 2012.6.27, 2014.11.11>
