Enforcement Decree of the Act on Honorable Treatment and Support for Persons of Distinguished Service to the State, Article 6 (Recommendation of Persons of Special Merit, etc.)

① 법 제4조제1항제16호부터 제18호까지의 규정에 따라 국무회의에서 국가사회발전 특별공로순직자(이하 "특별공로순직자"라 한다), 국가사회발전 특별공로상이자(이하 "특별공로상이자"라 한다) 또는 국가사회발전 특별공로자(이하 "특별공로자"라 한다)로 의결할 대상자는 그 소관에 따라 중앙행정기관(외국은 제외한다)의 장, 대통령 및 국무총리직속기관의 장, 국회사무총장 또는 법원행정처장이 추천서에 국가보훈부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 국가보훈부장관을 거쳐 추천한다. <개정 2012.6.27, 2023.5.23>
