국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제87조(주택의 우선 공급)

① 국가, 지방자치단체 또는 「주택법」 제54조에 따라 민영주택을 건설ㆍ공급하는 사업주체(이하 이 조에서 "주택공급자"라 한다)가 건설ㆍ공급하는 주택을 법 제68조제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 국가유공자와 그 유족 중 대부대상자(이하 이 조에서 "주택우선공급대상자"라 한다)에게 우선 공급하는 경우 구체적인 절차 및 방법은 「주택법」에서 정하는 바에 따른다. <개정 2020.8.4>

② 국가보훈부장관은 주택공급자가 제1항에서 정하는 바에 따라 주택우선공급대상자에게 주택을 우선 공급하는 경우 법 제68조제3항 전단에 따른 신청자 중에서 무주택기간, 생활수준, 희생ㆍ공헌도 등을 고려하여 국가보훈부장관이 정하는 기준에 따라 주택 공급 물량에 맞게 대상자를 선정하여 주택공급자에게 추천하여야 한다. <개정 2023.5.23>
