국가통합교통체계효율화법 제64조(개발한 토지ㆍ시설 등의 처분 제한)

① 복합환승센터입주업체는 환승시설 또는 환승지원시설의 설치를 완료하기 전에 분양받은 토지ㆍ시설 등을 처분하려는 경우에는 사업시행자나 제66조에 따른 복합환승센터의 관리기관에 양도하여야 한다. 다만, 사업시행자나 복합환승센터의 관리기관이 매수할 수 없는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사업시행자나 복합환승센터의 관리기관이 매수 신청을 받아 선정한 다른 복합환승센터입주업체 또는 다음 각 호의 자에게 양도하여야 한다. <개정 2010.5.17>

② 제1항에 따른 토지의 양도가격은 취득가격에 대통령령으로 정하는 이자 및 비용을 더한 금액으로 하고, 시설 등의 양도가격은 「감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률」에 따른 감정평가법인등의 감정평가액을 고려하여 결정할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.19, 2020.4.7>
