국내입양에 관한 특별법 제11조(국내입양 활성화 시행계획의 수립ㆍ시행 등)

① 보건복지부장관은 기본계획을 시행하기 위하여 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 시ㆍ도지사 및 국가아동권리보장원의 장과 협의를 거쳐 매년 국내입양 활성화 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다. <개정 2025.11.11>

② 그 밖에 시행계획의 수립 및 시행 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
