국내입양에 관한 특별법 제35조(관계 기관 등에 대한 협조 요청)

① 보건복지부장관, 시ㆍ도지사등 및 국가아동권리보장원의 장은 이 법에 따른 업무수행을 위하여 필요한 경우 관계 중앙행정기관 및 지방자치단체, 경찰관서, 공공기관, 「아동복지법」에 따른 아동복지시설(이하 "아동복지시설"이라 한다), 사회복지법인 또는 단체 등에 대하여 자료를 제공하도록 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 기관은 정당한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2025.11.11>
