국민건강보험법 제82조(체납보험료의 분할납부)

① 공단은 보험료를 3회 이상 체납한 자가 신청하는 경우 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 분할납부를 승인할 수 있다. <개정 2018.3.27>

② 공단은 보험료를 3회 이상 체납한 자에 대하여 제81조제3항에 따른 체납처분을 하기 전에 제1항에 따른 분할납부를 신청할 수 있음을 알리고, 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 분할납부 신청의 절차ㆍ방법 등에 관한 사항을 안내하여야 한다. <신설 2018.3.27>

③ 공단은 제1항에 따라 분할납부 승인을 받은 자가 정당한 사유 없이 5회(제1항에 따라 승인받은 분할납부 횟수가 5회 미만인 경우에는 해당 분할납부 횟수를 말한다) 이상 그 승인된 보험료를 납부하지 아니하면 그 분할납부의 승인을 취소한다. <개정 2018.3.27, 2019.4.23>
