국민건강증진법 제21조(검진결과의 공개금지)

제20조의 규정에 의하여 건강검진을 한 자 또는 검진기관에 근무하는 자는 국민의 건강증진사업의 수행을 위하여 불가피한 경우를 제외하고는 정당한 사유없이 검진결과를 공개하여서는 아니된다.
