국세기본법 시행규칙 제18조(미지급자금의 세입편입)

영 제39조에 따른 지급하지 못한 금액의 세입납입은 지급기간이 지난 날이 속하는 달의 다음 달 말일까지 일반회계 잡수입(雜收入)으로 소관 세입징수관계정에 납입하는 방법으로 한다.
