1. 권한 있는 기관에 장부나 서류 또는 그 밖의 물건이 압수 또는 영치된 경우 및 이에 준하는 경우

4. 「세무사법」 제2조제3호에 따라 납세자의 장부 작성을 대행하는 세무사(같은 법 제16조의4에 따라 등록한 세무법인을 포함한다) 또는 같은 법 제20조의2제1항에 따라 세무대리업무등록부에 등록한 공인회계사(「공인회계사법」 제24조에 따라 등록한 회계법인을 포함한다)가 화재, 전화(戰禍), 그 밖의 재해를 입거나 해당 납세자의 장부(장부 작성에 필요한 자료를 포함한다)를 도난당한 경우
