영 제126조제2항 및 제3항의 평균을 계산할 때 해당 국가에 직전 또는 그 직전 사업연도에 매출액 또는 글로벌최저한세결손이 있는 구성기업이 없는 경우에는 그 사업연도는 제외하고 해당 국가의 매출액 평균 및 글로벌최저한세소득ㆍ결손 금액의 평균을 계산한다. <개정 2025.3.21>
