금융소비자 보호에 관한 법률 제21조의2(방문판매 및 전화권유판매 관련 준수사항)

① 금융상품판매업자등은 서면, 전자문서 또는 구두에 의한 방법으로 다음 각 호의 사항을 일반금융소비자에게 알려야 한다.

③ 금융상품판매업자등은 금융상품을 소개하거나 계약 체결을 권유할 목적으로 야간(오후 9시 이후부터 다음 날 오전 8시까지를 말한다)에 금융소비자를 방문하거나 연락하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 금융소비자가 요청하는 경우에는 제외한다.
