Act on the Prevention of Disasters on Steep Slopes, Article 15 (Ensuring Safety of Collapse Risk Zones)

① 제6조제4항에 따라 붕괴위험지역의 지정을 통보받은 다음 각 호의 관계인은 붕괴위험의 해소를 위하여 자체 안전점검을 실시하고, 응급조치 및 보수ㆍ보강 등의 필요한 조치를 취하여 급경사지의 안정성을 확보하여야 한다. <개정 2015.8.11>
