① 홍수통제소의 소관 사무를 분장하기 위하여 홍수통제소장 소속으로 홍수통제출장소를 둔다.

③ 홍수통제출장소의 명칭ㆍ위치 및 관할구역은 기후에너지환경부령으로 정한다.
