Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fishery Products, Article 24 (Publicly Funded Corporations)

① 도매시장 개설자는 도매시장을 효율적으로 관리ㆍ운영하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 제22조에 따른 도매시장법인을 갈음하여 그 업무를 수행하게 할 법인(이하 "공공출자법인"이라 한다)을 설립할 수 있다.

② 공공출자법인에 대한 출자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자로 한정한다. 이 경우 제1호부터 제3호까지에 해당하는 자에 의한 출자액의 합계가 총출자액의 100분의 50을 초과하여야 한다.

③ 공공출자법인에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 사항을 제외하고는 「상법」의 주식회사에 관한 규정을 적용한다.

④ 공공출자법인은 「상법」 제317조에 따른 설립등기를 한 날에 제23조에 따른 도매시장법인의 지정을 받은 것으로 본다.
