Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fishery Products, Article 38 (Prohibition of Refusal to Accept Consignment, etc.)

도매시장법인 또는 시장도매인은 그 업무를 수행할 때에 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 입하된 농수산물의 수탁을 거부ㆍ기피하거나 위탁받은 농수산물의 판매를 거부ㆍ기피하거나, 거래 관계인에게 부당한 차별대우를 하여서는 아니 된다.
